Refund policy

For ClearCode. In effect since 17 August 2026.

Ask within 30 days and you get your money back. That is the whole policy.

How it works

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of buying.
2. Say you want a refund. You do not have to explain why.
3. We send the money back to the card you paid with.

Refunds usually land back on your card within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. We do not hold onto it and we do not try to talk you out of it.

What it covers

Every paid item ClearCode sells, including ClearCode EMT Beginner Guide. What we sell is delivered digitally, so there is nothing for you to post back. We are asking you to be straight with us, and we would rather refund an honest person than argue with anyone.

If something is broken

If your download will not open, or the link expired, that is not a refund problem — it is our problem. Email [email protected] and we will send it again. If we cannot fix it, we refund you, even after 30 days.

Subscriptions

If you pay monthly, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. The most recent payment is refundable under the same 30-day rule.

Chargebacks

Please email us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. It is faster for you, and it saves us both the paperwork. We have never refused a refund that was asked for in time.
