Terms of service
For ClearCode. In effect since 17 August 2026.
These are the rules for using ClearCode and for anything you buy or sign up for here. They are written plainly on purpose. If something below is unclear, email [email protected] and ask — a plain answer costs us nothing.
Who you are dealing with
ClearCode is operated by Merlolabs, which runs this site, takes the payments, and answers the email. When these terms say "we", that means Merlolabs.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to a short list of things:
- Give us real details when you sign up or buy, so we can reach you.
- Do not try to break, overload, or get into parts of the site that are not yours.
- Do not resell, re-publish, or hand out what you bought as if it were yours.
- You are old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What you buy
When you pay for ClearCode EMT Beginner Guide, you get a personal licence to use it yourself. You do not get to sell it on or share it publicly. We may improve it over time; what you paid for stays yours.
Money back
Ask within 30 days and you get your money back. No argument, no form to fill in. The refund policy spells it out.
What we do not promise
We work hard to keep this site up and the information right, but we cannot promise the site is never down and never wrong. Nothing here is medical, legal, or money advice. You decide what to do with it.
If something we sold you goes wrong, our responsibility is capped at what you paid us. That is the honest limit of a small operation, and saying it up front is fairer than burying it.
Ending it
You can stop using the site and unsubscribe at any time. We can close an account that breaks these rules or abuses the service. If we do, and you paid for something you have not received, we refund it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Big changes get an email to anyone on the list.
